Jason Landress represented me for my personal injury case despite the obvious obstacles that kept other attorneys from agreeing to meet with me. Unbeknownst to me there was a statute of limitations with my case, as well as other issues, and Jason accepted my case in spite of those issues. I was offered a settlement from the at fault party, to close my case with them. The settlement offer amount was less than the subrogation request. Jason goes the distance to fight for you, and for what is right at all times. He took the time to comprehend every detail of my case, and to fully understand what I have been through. "If your reading this, you obviously care about your case, and you care about your representation. I was a Police Officer for over 8 years, so I saw a lot of attorneys that we're more interested in making a quick buck, and cared nothing for the client they represented. Best attorney!

Jason is a great attorney! Jason helped me with an emergency motion to stop parenting time. Jason has been amazing throughout the whole process. He spoke with me a lot about the process. He spent time getting to know the background of my case ( I had a different attorney from another firm before.) He wasn't just great in prepping and filing my motion but also in court. For this particular situation in court I didn't even have to speak once. The judge wanted just the attorneys to present evidence/ concerns. Every time Jason spoke in court I felt confident and at ease. Jason knew my case thoroughly. He knew all of my concerns, and was able to present everything easily. I was amazed! It is hard to find the words to express my professional opinion of Mr. Landress. A hero in a tie

Jason was truly a gift to have on my side, after reviewing over 17 attorneys before meeting Jason, I knew he was a professional and would go the extra mile for positive results. From the start Jason worked with me on everything and some, he made sure to constantly give me updates, whether good, bad, or no change at all. Outstanding

I was charged with 10 counts of contempt by my ex wife, jail time was on the table. I hired Jason 2 weeks before my trial date, I'll re-phrase that, he is a very busy attorney and was gracious enough to take on my very complicated case with 2 weeks to assimilate, meet, prepare and execute. I did him no favors by sending him critical info the morning of a 1:30 p.m. court time, he didn't skip a beat and seamlessly incorporated into my defense. His communication, preparation and passion are second to none, his court presence is impressive, he has deservedly earned respect. I was worn down by my ex-wife's attorneys constant filings over the past 6 months, Jason stripped the counts down, had the Judge checking law books to keep up with his knowledge, argued successfully and not only defended my case but proved their claims were so onerous that my ex wife had to pay my attorneys fees. We hired Jason Landress to represent our son in multiple traffic cases. Even with tight time contraints, Jason was able to get our cases combined into one hearing. Jason Landress worked on the custody case for my daughters. It was a very tense and emotional situation where I felt very little hope. I had to procure Jason for his services on 3 separate cases.
